Are your plans available for any website?

Right now our care plans are designed exclusively for WordPress websites. If your site doesn’t use WordPress just let us know. We’re experts are converting it to the worlds most popular content management system.

Do your care plans include hosting?

Yes. All of our plans currently include premium website hosting. We prefer to use our recommended providers. However, if you’re already using a qualified hosting company we should be able to work with them.

What type of support tasks are included in care plans?

Support tasks can include anything from general WordPress fixes to content updates, installing and configuring new plugins, contact forms and more. We’ll take care of almost anything that can be done within 30 minutes.

How does billing work?

Your Credit Card or PayPal account will be charged automatically at the start of each month.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. We are all about building a valuable relationship with you and your website, so we would hate to see you go but we know financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in.
